Responsibilities
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, circuits, panels, and equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and machinery
- Install electrical components such as switches, VCU, BCM, and control systems
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams
- Test electrical systems using meters, testers, and diagnostic tools
- Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes
- Document repairs, parts used, and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and other technicians
- Respond to emergency repair requests and perform on call duties when required
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe working environment
- Trim DE trim Cars in readiness to fit or remove electrical components
Requirements
- Technical diploma or certification in Electrical Technology or related field
- 2 5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing or similar repair/production environment
- Proven experience in electrical repair
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and safety procedures
- Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams
- Proficiency with electrical testing tools and repair equipment
- Ability to lift up to 20 25 kg

Position Overview
- The Electrical Repair Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment.
- This role ensures safe, efficient operation of electrical components across residential, commercial, or industrial environments.
- The technician must follow electrical codes, safety standards, and company procedures while delivering high quality service.

Skills
- Proven experience in electrical repair
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and safety procedures
- Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams
- Proficiency with electrical testing tools and repair equipment
- Strong problem solving and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Low Voltage & High voltage knowledge is preferable
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in industrial or commercial electrical systems
- Knowledge of PLCs, control panels, or automation systems
Physical & Work Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 20 25 kg
- Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, or in varying temperatures
- Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
- Willingness to work overtime or on call shifts when needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Technical diploma or certification in Electrical Technology or related field
- 2 5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing or similar repair/production environment
