We’re looking for an experienced PCB Designer to join our Engineering team and play an important role in bringing electronic products from concept to production.
If you enjoy turning schematics and engineering requirements into well-designed, manufacturable circuit boards—and take pride in getting the details right—this could be an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
As a PCB Designer, you’ll work independently under the direction of the Engineering team to design and prepare printed circuit board layouts, fabrication and assembly drawings, and supporting documentation for electronic products. You’ll collaborate closely with Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, PCB fabrication and assembly partners, and other internal teams to develop PCB designs that meet electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, reliability, and cost requirements.
What You'll Do
Uses PCB CAD software to design and prepare printed circuit board layouts based on electrical schematics and engineering requirements.
Performs component placement and PCB routing while considering electrical performance, mechanical constraints, manufacturability, reliability, serviceability, and product cost.
Creates, verifies, and maintains PCB footprints, schematic symbols, and related CAD library components in accordance with company standards.
Configures and maintains PCB design rules and constraints appropriate for the design and manufacturing process.
