• Serve as the program expert in using PC funding to support groups and gaps service tracks, ensuring compliance with grant requirements in assessment, service provision, progress tracking, and reporting.
• Develop guidance resources for the PC Group Services Track and Gaps Services grant implementation.
• Collaborate with the Director of Mental Health and Psychosocial Support and the Associate Director of Preferred Communities to identify and train on best practices for PC groups and extended cultural orientation workshops and other gap services built out with PC funds to meet local resettlement need.
