Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Payroll Specialist role based in Riyadh.
- The Payroll Specialist will manage end to end payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining payroll records, calculating earnings and deductions, handling garnishments, and coordinating with payroll service providers as needed.
- Preparing payroll reports, reconciling payroll data, resolving payroll related inquiries, and supporting audits.
- Collaborating with HR and finance teams to ensure consistent employee data, support process improvements, and contribute to a reliable payroll function.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in payroll administration and payroll processing, with experience managing recurring cycles and maintaining accurate payroll records.
- Knowledge of payroll taxes and garnishments, including calculating and applying deductions in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Experience working with payroll services or systems, including configuring and troubleshooting payroll software or outsourced solutions.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to analyze and reconcile payroll data and reports.
- Proficiency in Excel and HR/payroll systems; familiarity with ERP or HRIS platforms is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field; professional payroll or accounting certifications are a plus.
- Experience in payroll within Saudi Arabia or similar regulatory environments is preferred.
