Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and maintain employee time and attendance records
- Process monthly payroll accurately and in a timely manner
- Calculate salaries, allowances, deductions, overtime, and final settlements
- Manage statutory requirements, including GOSI and other mandated contributions
- Handle payroll deductions and garnishments in compliance with applicable regulations
- Reconcile payroll records with HR and Finance departments
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain secure and up to date payroll records and documentation
- Support payroll audits, reporting, and compliance initiatives
- Ensure adherence to company policies and Saudi labor regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience in payroll administration and payroll processing
- Strong understanding of payroll taxes, statutory contributions, and payroll systems
- Knowledge of payroll deductions and compliance requirements
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and data management skills
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in payroll or HR operations is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of Saudi labor law and compensation practices is considered an advantage

Role Description
- We are seeking a detail oriented and highly organized Payroll Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- This is a full time, on site position responsible for managing and executing end to end payroll activities across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
