Payroll Specialist

The Payroll Specialist supports the payroll team in processing employee salaries accurately and on time, in accordance with established company procedures and local labor regulations.

The role focuses on day-to-day payroll operations, coordination with HR, and maintaining accurate payroll records as part of a collaborative team.

Support the processing of monthly payroll accurately and within approved timelines.

Calculate salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, and end-of-service benefits based on approved data.

Maintain and update employee payroll records and related documentation.

Coordinate with HR on attendance, leaves, new hires, and terminations.

Ensure payroll activities comply with internal policies and applicable labor regulations.

Prepare payroll reports and assist with reconciliations when required.

Handle payroll-related inquiries and support resolution of discrepancies.

Assist with payroll payments and bank transfer processes.

Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information.

Provide payroll data and documentation as needed for internal reviews or audits.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.

Hands-on experience in payroll processing and payroll systems.

Working knowledge of payroll regulations and labor law requirements.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Good communication and coordination skills.
