Responsibilities
- Process biweekly payroll & supplemental payrolls for more than 1,000 employees
- Process all payroll reporting after each transmittal
- Send out biweekly and supplemental payroll reports for various store locations
- Follow up with management teams on time & attendance functions as well as time off approvals on a weekly basis
- Administer garnishments and child support administration
- ADP reporting functions for Executive management, GM, Office Managers, and others
- Verification on new hire information in ADP system
- New hire reporting to applicable states
- Handle termination paperwork and maintain terminated employee files
- Other payroll duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous payroll experience – preferred experience with ADP Workforce Now.
- Associates/undergraduate degree in HR, Business, Accounting or equivalent work experience in payroll area.
- Ability to partner across organizations including Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT, Senior Managers, and Employees.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- A high level of confidentiality/discretion required.
- MUST have a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
