Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll for salaried employees and daily payroll for wage based employees
- Calculate salaries, overtime, shift allowances, bonuses, incentives, leave pay, and other payroll related earnings
- Process deductions including loans, advances, and penalties
- Verify attendance, timesheets, rotations, work schedules, and leave records before payroll processing
- Manage payroll for field based, offshore, and project employees with varying work schedules
- Prepare monthly payroll reports, reconciliation reports, and management summaries
- Maintain payroll records and supporting documentation for audits
- Ensure confidentiality of employee payroll information at all times
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of payroll experience, preferably in oil and gas, energy, EPC, construction, or industrial sectors
- Proven experience managing both monthly salaried payroll and daily wage payroll
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and statutory compliance
- Experience with payroll software and HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar ERP systems)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis
- Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Payroll Specialist role based in Doha, Qatar.
- The Payroll Specialist will manage end to end payroll processing for employees, ensuring accurate and timely salary calculations, deductions, and disbursements.

- Process monthly payroll for salaried employees and daily payroll for wage based employees.
- Calculate salaries, overtime, shift allowances, bonuses, incentives, leave pay, and other payroll related earnings.
