The Opportunity
Veolia ANZ is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our People & Safety team. As a Payroll professional at Veolia, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for Veolia Australia and New Zealand in accordance with VANZ policies and procedures.
This is a permanent full-time based at our national head office in Pyrmont 2009.

What you'll be responsible for
Maintain employee Masterfile by updating employee information for new hires, termination, transfer, and changes in employee pay details
Coordinate and process monthly and weekly payrolls.
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with procedures.
Provide support to the payroll team and ensure data accuracy
Stay updated on payroll regulations and process termination payments accurately
What you'll need to be successful
Payroll systems experience (SAP Success Factors, ECP preferred; knowledge of Kronos).
5 years of end-to-end payroll processing experience.
Familiarity with payroll-related legislation and requirements.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work to strict timeframes and deadlines
High-level problem-solving and analytical abilities to resolve payroll and system issues
