Payroll Executive – Roles & Responsibilities | Facility Management
- Handle monthly payroll processing for employees across multiple sites.
- Verify attendance, leave, overtime, and salary inputs .
- Process PF, ESI, PT, TDS and other statutory deductions .
- Manage new joiners, salary revisions, and employee master data .
- Coordinate with site HR/Operations teams for payroll inputs.
- Prepare payroll MIS and salary reports using MS Excel.
- Handle Full & Final Settlement and payroll-related employee queries.
- Ensure accurate and timely salary processing as per company policies.
