Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site Payroll Executive role based in the United Arab Emirates.
  • The Payroll Executive will be responsible for end to end payroll processing, including collecting, verifying, and entering employee attendance, salary, and benefits data into payroll systems.
  • The role includes calculating wages, overtime, incentives, and deductions in compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • The Payroll Executive will prepare and review payroll reports, payslips, and reconciliations, and coordinate with HR and Finance on employee onboarding, exits, and compensation changes.
  • Day to day tasks also involve handling employee payroll queries, maintaining accurate payroll records, supporting audits, and assisting with statutory filings and payments.
  • The role requires close collaboration with cross functional teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll cycles.

Qualifications

  • Strong payroll administration skills, including end to end processing, reconciliation, and familiarity with payroll software or HRIS tools.
  • Good knowledge of UAE labor laws, statutory compliance, gratuity calculations, and other local payroll regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other office productivity tools for data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
  • Excellent numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills to manage timelines and large data sets.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with employees, HR, Finance, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high standards of integrity and professionalism.
  • Previous experience in payroll, accounts, or HR operations, preferably in a financial services or fintech environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or a related field; professional payroll or HR certifications are an advantage.
