Responsibilities
- End to end payroll processing, including collecting, verifying, and entering employee attendance, salary, and benefits data into payroll systems
- Calculating wages, overtime, incentives, and deductions in compliance with local labor laws and company policies
- Preparing and reviewing payroll reports, payslips, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with HR and Finance on employee onboarding, exits, and compensation changes
- Handling employee payroll queries and maintaining accurate payroll records
- Supporting audits and assisting with statutory filings and payments
- Collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll cycles
Requirements
- Strong payroll administration skills, including end to end processing, reconciliation, and familiarity with payroll software or HRIS tools
- Good knowledge of UAE labor laws, statutory compliance, gratuity calculations, and other local payroll regulations
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other office productivity tools for data analysis, reporting, and documentation
- Excellent numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills to manage timelines and large data sets
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with employees, HR, Finance, and external stakeholders
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high standards of integrity and professionalism
- Previous experience in payroll, accounts, or HR operations, preferably in a financial services or fintech environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or a related field; professional payroll or HR certifications are an advantage

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Payroll Executive role based in the United Arab Emirates.
- The Payroll Executive will be responsible for end to end payroll processing, including collecting, verifying, and entering employee attendance, salary, and benefits data into payroll systems.
- The role includes calculating wages, overtime, incentives, and deductions in compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- The Payroll Executive will prepare and review payroll reports, payslips, and reconciliations, and coordinate with HR and Finance on employee onboarding, exits, and compensation changes.
