People Dynamics is seeking a Payroll/Compensation Coordinator for a 10-month renewable contract in Doha. The role involves overseeing payroll processing, developing compensation data, reviewing policies, and preparing budgets.

Responsibilities
- Oversee payroll processing and the disbursement of monthly salaries and wages, including allowances, benefits, promotions, transfers, contract changes, secondments, and related adjustments
- Review additional employee related expenses to ensure compliance with personnel policies
- Develop and maintain accurate compensation data through market research on salaries, benefits, and allowances
- Review and update wage, salary, and HR policies and procedures to ensure effectiveness, alignment, and approval
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding the interpretation of HR and compensation policies
- Review management reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, including payroll summaries, working hours, leave entitlements, deductions, and related records
- Review employee end of service settlement calculations and related documentation
- Prepare the annual salary and wage budget
- Supervise and coordinate employee promotion processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English
- Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid QID
- Must be available to join immediately with short notice period

Job Purpose
- Provide support in the preparation and enhancement of compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain qualified employees at competitive and cost effective levels.
- Support the administration of salaries and wages in accordance with human resources policies and procedures.
Responsibilities

- Review additional employee related expenses to ensure compliance with personnel policies.
- Develop and maintain accurate compensation data through market research on salaries, benefits, and allowances, including analysis of trends in compensation methodologies.
- Review and update wage, salary, and HR policies and procedures to ensure effectiveness, alignment, and approval.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding the interpretation of HR and compensation policies to enhance HR service delivery and meet employee needs.
- Review management reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, including payroll summaries, working hours, leave entitlements, deductions, and related records.
- Review employee end of service settlement calculations and related documentation.
- Prepare the annual salary and wage budget.
- Supervise and coordinate employee promotion processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
Skills
- Strong report preparation and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Ability to write clear, concise, and unambiguous job descriptions and documentation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
