Corporate Payments Sales covers UAE-headquartered corporate and commercial banking clients across large-cap and mid-cap segments.
The Senior Associate works with corporate bankers and partner teams to develop market and product strategies, manage client pursuits, and deliver payments solutions.
Job responsibilities
- Manage payments relationships with an identified set of large-cap and mid-cap clients and prospects.
- Develop strategies for revenue growth and new sales targets across treasury services, transactional FX, merchant services, trade, and working capital.
- Coordinate with corporate bankers and other business lines on client strategy, cross-sell opportunities, and client outcomes.
- Support new product and initiative rollouts to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Provide input into product development, marketing, and strategic initiatives.
- Identify client challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Lead client initiatives and high-impact client interactions and engagements.
Required qualifications and skills
- Master's degree, MBA, Chartered Accountant qualification, or equivalent subject qualification.
- Experience in payments, treasury services, transactional FX, merchant services, trade, and working capital solutions.
- Proven client relationship management experience.
- In-depth knowledge of payments and cash management solutions in the UAE and key international markets.
- Experience handling large, multi-country cash management RFPs and documentation negotiation.
- Experience working in a matrix organization with cross-border teams.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, influencing, leadership, independence, and attention to detail.
