The position develops relationships with treasurers and finance teams and delivers treasury services, trade, working capital, and other payments solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage payments relationships with identified large-cap and mid-cap clients and prospects.
- Develop strategies for revenue growth and new sales targets across treasury services, transactional FX, merchant services, trade, and working capital.
- Coordinate with corporate bankers and other business lines on client strategy, cross-sell opportunities, and outcomes.
- Support new product and initiative rollouts to increase revenue and market penetration.
- Contribute to product development, marketing, and strategic initiatives.
- Identify client challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Lead client pursuits, relationships, initiatives, and high-impact engagements.
Required qualifications and skills
- Master's degree, MBA, Chartered Accountant qualification, or equivalent subject qualification.
- Experience across payments and related solutions with a proven client-relationship track record.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE and international payments and cash-management solutions.
- Experience handling large, multi-country cash-management Requests for Proposals.
- Experience managing documentation negotiation.
- Experience in matrix organizations and cross-border collaboration.
- Strong communication, independent working, attention to detail, and strategic relationship leadership skills.
