Role Overview
Lead development of consumer-facing payment solutions that are secure, reliable, and high performing.
Collaborate across business and technical functions to shape emerging payment products and impact millions of users.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage complex projects for new payment products.
- Coordinate external payment services and internal stakeholders.
- Define requirements, plan releases, and design web interfaces and features.
- Balance business needs with technical constraints and manage escalations.
- Guide strategic tradeoffs to support successful delivery.
Required Skills
- 3-5 years of industry experience as a software developer or technical lead.
- Proven success delivering software products from concept through customer deployment.
- Strong understanding of payments or mobile payments is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Linux, Java, and HTML.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with payment infrastructure and industry regulations.
- Knowledge of security protocols associated with payment systems.
- Prior product or program management experience in fintech or a related sector.
