- Follow up with customers regarding pending and overdue payments
- Coordinate with clients through phone calls, emails, and site visits for collection of outstanding dues
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer communications
- Work closely with Accounts, Credit Control, and Sales teams to resolve payment related issues
- Prepare collection reports and update management on collection status
- Ensure timely recovery of outstanding receivables

Overview
- Sudhir Gensets FZE is looking for a proactive and result oriented Payment Chaser to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers regarding pending and overdue payments.
- Coordinate with clients through phone calls, emails, and site visits for collection of outstanding dues.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer communications.
- Work closely with the Accounts, Credit Control, and Sales teams to resolve payment related issues.
- Prepare collection reports and update management on collection status.
- Ensure timely recovery of outstanding receivables.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in payment collection, credit control, or accounts receivable.
- Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve collection targets.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in rental, construction, heavy equipment, or industrial sectors will be an advantage.
