Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 4 years of experience in software engineering or data engineering.

Preferred qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science, data engineering, or software engineering.
• Experience operating dbt at scale on Databricks.
• Prior work with healthcare analytics packages.
• Experience designing CI/CD pipelines for Databricks Asset Bundles.
• Experience provisioning Azure Databricks workspaces and managing isolation patterns.
• Experience building Python CLI tools with argparse and YAML configuration.
• Experience designing AI agent systems for development workflows.
• Familiarity with corporate network constraints and multi-cloud data flows.

Compensation

• The stated salary range is $77,000 to $202,000.
• Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
• Hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
