Role Overview
Specialize in POS and cash management within Foodics.
Grow adoption of Foodics Pay products among the existing customer base.
Work with Customer Success, Operations, and Sales teams on customer opportunities and solutions.
Sales and Customer Growth
- Sell Foodics Pay products to clients and build an active opportunity pipeline.
- Maintain customer relationships and deliver outcomes that support growth and revenue generation.
- Close cross-functional opportunities and identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
- Understand market trends and help customers maintain a competitive advantage.
- Engage customers through product demonstrations and support utilization.
Reporting and Coordination
- Report closed-won and closed-lost opportunities and improve the sales process.
- Communicate with the Sales Expansion Team Leader about process optimization, offers, bundling, and customer feedback.
- Call customers, schedule meetings, and remain informed about customer needs.
