Pavement / Surfacing Engineer

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline with a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation (APEGA or Engineers & Geoscientists BC).
• 5+ years of experience in pavement engineering, pavement management, or related infrastructure fields.
• Strong expertise in pavement design principles across flexible, rigid, composite, and gravel pavement structures.
• Proficiency with industry tools such as AASHTO 1993, Pavement ME, StreetPave, and SpectraPave.
• Experience with pavement performance assessment, including both destructive and non‐destructive testing methods.
• Working knowledge of construction materials, methods, and Alberta Transportation standards and specifications.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients, and deliver high‐quality technical reports.
• Willingness to travel within Canada and work in a fast‐paced, collaborative consulting environment.
