Overview
- Respond to patient queries across
- four brands
- by email and chat — most are order status, account, delivery, and consultation follow-ups
- Update orders in our
- dashboard
- checkout system and patient records in
- Customer io
- Triage and escalate
- clinical questions
- to the prescriber team (you'll never give medical advice — you'll know exactly when to hand off)
- Process refunds, address changes, and order amendments within agreed limits
- Flag chargeback risks, complaint patterns, and recurring issues to the ops lead
- Help with basic admin: invoice filing, supplier comms, document chasing, simple data entry across our systems
- Keep ticket SLAs tight — first response and resolution times are tracked
