Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field

- Experience with Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), or appointment scheduling systems
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and English
