Role overview

Responsibilities

• Promote healthcare services and build relationships with patients and their families.
• Coordinate appointments, answer queries, and provide information about services and facilities.
• Monitor patients' rights and responsibilities and support quality-improvement efforts.
• Serve as the primary contact for patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
• Provide health, treatment, financial, and payment-option counseling.
• Collaborate with marketing and medical teams on promotional campaigns.

Required qualifications

• Graduate degree or equivalent in Healthcare Management, Sales, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in patient relations, sales, or customer service, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, active-listening, and verbal-communication skills.
• Financial counseling or sales skills, multitasking ability, and team management experience.

Compensation

• Salary is ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month, slightly negotiable, with incentives.

Work arrangement

• The mode of working is from the office.
• The work location is in person at Kompally, Hyderabad.
