Role Overview
Support patients and their relatives before treatment within a doctor-on-call and telemedicine healthcare service.
Help ensure a smooth experience through appointment coordination, pre-consultation support, and clear communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate appointments and doctor visits with patients' relatives and communicate consultation details.
- Provide information about services, treatment procedures, and doctor arrival schedules.
- Guide relatives through pre-treatment procedures, paperwork, and formalities.
- Maintain accurate patient data and confidentiality.
- Liaise between relatives and doctors before, during, and after consultations.
- Address concerns, provide customer service, and collaborate with medical and administrative staff.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role is required.
- Strong English communication skills are required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Prior experience with appointment scheduling, patient coordination, and customer service is highly preferred.
- Excellent organization, multitasking, confidentiality, and problem-solving abilities are required.
- A compassionate, patient, and professional customer-care demeanor is required.
