Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person
- Coordinate with physicians and internal departments to ensure efficient patient care
- Register patients and maintain accurate patient records
- Handle patient concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Provide information on clinic services, policies, and procedures
- Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with clinic policies
- Support front office and administrative operations as required
- Perform other duties assigned by management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in patient relations, customer service, or a healthcare environment
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with healthcare management systems is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Professional, reliable, and detail oriented
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
