As a patient relations executive, you’ll be the friendly, dependable first point of contact for our clients and their families.
You’ll ensure every interaction is handled with care, clarity, and confidence—making each step of their healthcare journey feel smoother, simpler, and more supportive.
What You’ll Do
- Handle clients inquiries and coordinate service requests
- Schedule home visits and ensure efficient communication between clients, caregivers, and staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and client records
- Follow up with client to ensure satisfaction and service completion
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in healthcare or customer service (home healthcare preferred)
- Excellent spoken and written English; Arabic is a plus
- Friendly, empathetic, and detail-oriented
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities

Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
