About the Role
FAYY Health is looking for a friendly and organized Patient Coordinator / Sales to be the welcoming face of the clinic. The role involves responding to patient inquiries, converting leads into consultations, coordinating appointments, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, and email
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into booked consultations
- Coordinate appointments and manage doctors' schedules
- Guide patients through their treatment journey from inquiry to post treatment follow up
- Explain treatments, packages, and services in a professional manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients
- Handle patient concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate patient records and update CRM systems
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
- Prepare quotations, treatment plans, and payment arrangements when required
Requirements
- Iranian National (Required)
- Fluent in Farsi (Persian) and English
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or patient coordination preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge is an advantage

What We're Looking For
- Iranian National (Required).
- Fluent in Farsi (Persian) and English.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or patient coordination is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident, professional, and customer focused.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge is an advantage.
