- Respond promptly to phone calls, WhatsApp messages, website inquiries, and social media messages
- Convert patient inquiries into confirmed appointments
- Follow up with patients who have not yet booked or completed their treatment
- Explain clinic services, offers, and treatment options professionally
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
- Build trust with patients and provide outstanding customer service
- Coordinate with doctors to ensure smooth scheduling and patient flow
- Maintain accurate patient records using the clinic management system
- Achieve monthly appointment booking and sales targets
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills
- Friendly, confident, and patient focused personality
- Ability to convert inquiries into appointments
- Good computer and organizational skills
- Previous experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or patient coordination preferred
- Experience in a dental clinic or healthcare facility in UAE is a strong advantage

- Experience in a dental clinic, aesthetic clinic, medical center, or healthcare facility in the UAE.
- Experience handling WhatsApp Business, phone calls, and online inquiries.
- Goal oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
Employee Benefits
- Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 3,500 per month (Based on Experience).
- Performance Based Commission.
