Etoile Polyclinic is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Patient Coordinator.
The role supports patients in a premium medical and aesthetic clinic in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and assist patients throughout their clinic journey.
- Handle inquiries by phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Schedule appointments and follow-ups and coordinate with doctors, nurses, and clinic departments.
- Explain clinic services and support treatment-related inquiries.
- Follow up with prospective and existing patients to improve bookings and conversions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and appointment information.
- Provide excellent customer service and a premium patient experience.
Requirements
- Arabic language proficiency is required.
- Strong English communication, interpersonal, and sales coordination skills are required.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude are required.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks is required.
- Previous patient coordination, customer service, receptionist, or similar experience is preferred.
- Medical, aesthetic, dermatology, dental, or healthcare clinic experience is advantageous.
Compensation
- Pay starts from AED 5,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
