Responsibilities
- Conduct phone calls to prospective patients to explain and sell programs
- Communicate via WhatsApp, social media, and email to address inquiries
- Offer a warm and welcoming attitude to patients and visitors in person and via telecommunication
- Cross sell products for existing patients
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Schedule appointments for patients to ensure a smooth patient experience
- Facilitate efficient patient flow by maintaining clear communication with patients and clinical staff
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage remote visits for service delivery
- Monitor patient adherence to follow up visits
- Ensure all program milestones and service provision logs are documented accurately and promptly
- Build trust and rapport with patients using a personalized approach
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic (Native) and English (Fluent)
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or business
- Minimum 3 4 year experience in healthcare sales or a related field in the UAE
- A proven track record of successful client relationships management
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work weekend shifts, i.e. Saturday & Sunday and public holidays
- Friendly and adaptable attitude

Job Overview
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Patient Coordinator with previous Aesthetic sales experience. Your primary goal will be to promote and sell our Aesthetic and wellness treatments while ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of our patients and contribute to the overall success o
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting phone calls to prospective patients to explain and sell programs offered by our organization.
- Written communication through online communication tools (WhatsApp/ Social Media/ E mail) to address inquiries from prospective patients.
- Offering a warm and welcoming attitude to all patients and visitors inquiring about our services through in person and telecommunication routes.
- Cross selling products for existing patients in line with related service offerings.
- Identifying and pursuing new sales and potential opportunities.
- Scheduling appointments for patients to ensure a smooth patient experience.
- Facilitating efficient patient flow by maintaining clear communication with both patients and clinical staff.
- Coordinating with relevant internal teams to manage remote visits for service delivery (blood tests, medication deliveries).
- Monitoring patient adherence to follow up visits as per enrolled program to enhance treatment continuity.
- Ensuring all program milestones and service provision logs are documented accurately and promptly.
- Using a personalized approach to build trust and rapport between the patient and coordinator.
- Providing personalized service and support to Clients, i.e. Patients.
Requirements
