Main Purpose of Job
Monitor and manage patient and front-office administration related to capturing, managing, and collecting patient service revenue.
Support optimal revenue collection and prevent financial risk.
Ensure delivery of the patient journey from referral to follow-up and management of all operational service points.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Lead and manage the team efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and manage Revenue Cycle Management governance for compliance with regulatory, legislative, and internal processes and practices.
- Provide management guidance to front-office, case management, and revenue cycle functions.
- Provide effective and efficient operational management to areas within scope of responsibility.
- Review PLP reports and discuss them with relevant stakeholders to monitor doctor performance.
- Oversee the effectiveness of all client services.
Required Education
- A relevant bachelor’s degree in commerce, health, or hospitality-related fields is essential.
Required Experience
- At least 3–5 years of management experience in a similar position is essential.
- Experience with Revenue Cycle Management in the healthcare industry, including relevant financial functions, is desired.
- Experience in patient service delivery is desired.
Required Job Skills and Knowledge
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and financial management principles.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of contract and service-level agreement management.
- Knowledge of DRGs and related case management.
- Experience delivering complex patient or customer-focused services across multiple service points.
- Knowledge of financial statements and reporting.
- Knowledge of financial systems including SAP and HIS.
- Intermediate knowledge and experience of hospital and clinic operations and Revenue Cycle Management processes and systems.
- Knowledge of risk management principles, systems, and best practice.
