Main Purpose of Job

Key Responsibility Areas

• Lead and manage the team efficiently and effectively.
• Monitor Revenue Cycle Management governance and compliance with regulatory, legislative, and internal processes.
• Guide front office, case management, and revenue cycle functions and monitor process effectiveness.
• Provide operational management for areas within the scope of responsibility.
• Review PLP reports and discuss doctor performance with relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee the effectiveness of all client services.

Required Education

• Relevant bachelor's degree in commerce, health, hospitality, or a related field is essential.

Required Experience

• At least 3–5 years of management experience in a similar position is essential.
• Experience with healthcare Revenue Cycle Management and related financial functions is desired.
• Experience in patient service delivery is required.

Required Job Skills and Knowledge

• Budgeting, financial planning, and financial management principles.
• Microsoft Office applications.
• Contract and service level agreement management.
• DRGs and related case management.
• Complex patient or customer-focused services across multiple service points.
• Financial statements and reporting.
• Financial systems including SAP and HIS.
• Hospital and clinic operations and intermediate Revenue Cycle Management processes and systems.
• Risk management principles, systems, and best practice.
