Design and prepare desserts, pastries, breads, and baked goods.
Develop new dessert menus, seasonal offerings, and custom creations.
Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and portion control for pastry items.
Monitor ingredient inventory and place orders to maintain stock levels.
Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
Manage daily production schedules and preparation timelines.
Collaborate with chefs and management on menu planning, costing, and product development.
Assist with day-to-day kitchen operations as required.

At least two years of pastry experience is required.
In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and HACCP or food safety regulations is required.
A creative mindset with strong attention to detail and presentation is required.
Effective leadership, organization, and time management skills are required.
Ability to work under pressure and lead a small team is required.
