Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of cakes, pastries, desserts, and bakery products according to established recipes and standards
- Design, carve, sculpt, and decorate custom 3D cakes for special occasions
- Create artistic cake decorations using fondant, gum paste, buttercream, chocolate, sugar paste, and other edible mediums
- Produce detailed cake toppers and themed decorations
- Develop innovative cake designs based on customer requirements and current market trends
- Ensure consistency in taste, appearance, and presentation of all pastry products
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering pastry ingredients, tools, and decoration materials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen and workstations
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times
Requirements
- 4 years of experience in 3D Cake Decoration and Carving
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work on weekends, shifting schedules and holidays

Overview
- The Pastry Chef is responsible for preparing, baking, decorating, and presenting high quality pastries, cakes, desserts, and specialty confectionery items. The role specializes in creating custom designed 3D cakes, sculpted cakes, and artistic cake decorations while maintaining the highest standards
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of cakes, pastries, desserts, and bakery products according to established recipes and standards.
- Design, carve, sculpt, and decorate custom 3D cakes for special occasions.
