Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cakes, cookies, pies, tarts, breads, and plated desserts using exact measurements and methods.
- Design new recipes, seasonal options, and modern desserts that fit the business style and budget.
- Decorate products with icings, glazes, and garnishes to ensure attractive presentation.
- Monitor baking supplies, track stock levels, and order ingredients within budget limits.
- Keep work areas clean and follow local health, hygiene, and safety rules.
- Train, guide, and schedule assistant bakers and junior kitchen staff.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,000–3,000 per month.
Work Location
- The role is performed in person.
Requirements
- Ability to prepare cakes, cookies, pies, tarts, breads, and plated desserts using exact measurements and methods.
- Knowledge of local health, hygiene, and safety rules.
- Ability to monitor baking supplies, track stock levels, and order ingredients within budget limits.
