Responsibilities
- Oversee accurate inventory counts across both locations and conduct regular audits to minimize discrepancies and waste
- Monitor stock levels, ordering, and storage practices to control food cost
- Track and analyze sales performance across both branches, identifying trends and opportunities
- Evaluate menu item performance and recommend adjustments to pricing, mix, or promotions
- Maintain and refine recipes, ensuring consistency and quality across both locations
- Standardize recipes and preparation methods so output is identical regardless of branch
- Redesign and streamline preparation workflows so item prep time does not exceed 20 minutes
- Plan staffing, prep schedules, and kitchen workflow around efficiency targets
- Create, document, and implement SOPs covering kitchen operations, food safety, inventory, and customer service
- Lead and support teams across two locations, ensuring consistent standards and performance
- Act as operational backbone for future location expansions, building scalable processes

- Leverage a pastry chef background to maintain and refine recipes, ensuring consistency and quality across both locations
- Standardize recipes and preparation methods so output is identical regardless of branch
- Redesign and streamline preparation workflows so item prep time does not exceed a maximum of 20 minutes
- Plan staffing, prep schedules, and kitchen workflow around this efficiency target
