Responsibilities
- Lead the passive SAS scope across the project lifecycle: design review, shop drawing/submittal review, installation oversight, testing, and handover.
- Own passive infrastructure engineering deliverables including cable routing, containment coordination, pathway planning, and integration across disciplines.
- Coordinate with active SAS teams, ICT, and construction stakeholders to ensure seamless interface management and end-to-end system readiness.
- Ensure installation quality and compliance through inspections, method statement/ITP reviews, and progress verification against programme milestones.
- Drive commissioning readiness: support pre-commissioning checks, FAT/SAT preparation where applicable, integrated testing coordination, and documentation closure.
- Manage technical queries (RFIs), site issues, and resolution tracking to prevent delays and ensure compliance with airport/aviation expectations.
- Monitor progress, highlight risks, and provide clear reporting to the Project Director, supporting decisions and mitigation planning.
- Ensure documentation quality for handover, including as-builts, test results, O&M inputs, and evidence packs aligned to project requirements.

Qualifications
- 15+ years of relevant experience in passive infrastructure delivery for complex ICT/ELV/airport/mission-critical environments.
- Strong knowledge of structured cabling systems, containment (tray/trunking/conduit), pathways, and passive infrastructure coordination in live construction settings.
- Proven experience working on major multi-stakeholder projects, interfacing with active systems and ICT teams and managing construction constraints.
- Solid capability in quality and progress control: inspections, compliance checks, test planning, and structured close-out.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to provide concise, accurate progress and risk updates.
- A practical, site-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability and attention to technical detail.
