This is a fully remote, commission-based role offering high earning potential within an early-stage startup.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development and close payroll outsourcing deals.
- Manage your sales pipeline independently.
- Represent an innovative, AI-powered payroll solution built in Dubai.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience specifically in Payroll Outsourcing.
- Strong understanding of the UAE business market and ecosystem.
- Based in Dubai or highly familiar with the region, with a valid UAE visa.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and independent working skills.
