Parts & Service Coordinator

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or the construction equipment industry; rental industry experience is an asset.

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, logistics , or a related field is an advantage.

Knowledge of construction or heavy equipment parts, service procedures, and maintenance practices is an asset.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, technicians, and vendors.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with service or inventory management systems (Systematics or similar) is an asset.

Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail in order tracking, scheduling, and documentation.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and urgent service needs.

Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company standards.

High level of accountability, professionalism, and pride in your work.
