Qualifications

• Candidates with automotive parts experience will be given priority but more than willing to train.
• Previous customer service/administrative experience is an asset.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail are required for this role.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
• Valid Class 5 drivers license required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and make customers feel welcome upon arrival.
• Prepare and manage customer files, including preparing final invoicing and paperwork required for customer to pick up their vehicle.
• Obtain customer signatures and deductible payments on final paperwork.
• Participate in daily release meetings and be prepared to provide status on all parts/sublet issues.
• Follow up with vendors on reorders, late parts, damaged parts and parts credits.
• Negotiate credit amounts and taking photos for justification.
• Follow up with shipping companies and communicate updates to appropriate internal team members.
• Entering data into computer systems (i.e. Nexyis and Microsoft Office)
• Prepare all parts orders upon receipt of repair plan.
• Ensure that all insurance policies regarding OEM, aftermarket and used parts are followed.
• Receive, unpackaged and check all incoming parts.
