Position Overview

  • Seeking an experienced and driven Parts Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our aftermarket parts business and expand our online e commerce platform.
  • Responsible for identifying new aftermarket product opportunities, developing strategic supplier relationships, expanding online product offering, and driving sales growth through our digital marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategy to significantly grow City View's aftermarket parts business.
  • Identify new aftermarket products and suppliers that provide value to our customers.
  • Expand and manage our online e commerce catalog with thousands of new products.
  • Source and negotiate with aftermarket manufacturers and distributors.
  • Analyze market trends, customer buying habits, and competitor offerings.
  • Work closely with the sales, parts, marketing, and procurement teams to launch new product lines.
  • Develop promotional campaigns to increase online sales and customer engagement.
  • Establish competitive pricing strategies while maximizing profitability.
  • Build relationships with fleet operators, municipalities, contractors, dealers, and OEM partners.
  • Monitor online sales performance, inventory opportunities, and key performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy duty truck, transit, municipal equipment, automotive, or commercial vehicle aftermarket parts.
  • Strong knowledge of aftermarket replacement parts and supplier networks.
  • Experience growing an e commerce business or managing online product catalogs.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and business development skills.
  • Proven ability to identify new revenue opportunities and successfully launch new product lines.
  • Strong communication and relationship building abilities.
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Pay

  • CAD 70,000.00 CAD 90,000.00 per year
