Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Maintain and grow existing customer accounts
- Source automotive parts and products from suppliers
- Prepare quotations and process customer orders
- Coordinate and arrange deliveries to customers
- Follow up on outstanding payments and collections
- Bring new customers onboard and develop new business opportunities
- Assist in growing company sales turnover within the UAE market
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and parts estimates accurately
- Handle spare parts inquiries through phone, email, and walk in customers
- Maintain proper inventory control and monitor stock availability
- Coordinate with suppliers for parts ordering and delivery follow up
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years automotive spare parts experience
- Strong knowledge of European vehicle brands: BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen, Land Rover & Range Rover
- Previous UAE automotive aftermarket experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
