Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor with strong knowledge of German Cars including brands such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, and Volkswagen.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist workshop technicians with correct parts allocation
- Handle customer inquiries and provide technical parts advice
- Maintain inventory accuracy and stock levels
- Process invoices, quotations, and purchase orders
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely delivery of parts
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or Parts Specialist
- Strong knowledge of German vehicle brands and components
- Familiarity with automotive parts software/EPC systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop or dealership environment
- Knowledge of genuine and aftermarket parts sourcing is preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in dealership or European car specialist workshop
- Technical automotive background
- UAE driving license is an advantage
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
