You will be responsible for driving brand growth through strategic lifestyle partnerships and on-ground activations.
This role focuses on identifying high-value venues, securing partnerships, and ensuring product is visible, stocked, and actively experienced by customers in key locations.
The ideal candidate is proactive, commercially driven, and thrives in fast-paced, on-the-ground environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnership acquisition: Identify, approach, and secure lifestyle partners (such as cafes, gyms, studios, restaurants, coworking spaces)
- On-ground activation: Plan and execute simple activations (sampling/tasting)
- Pipeline & tracking: Build a target list, manage outreach, and share weekly updates with management on progress and results
- Internal coordination: Work with sales & ops for stock/fridge installation and with marketing for assets & comms
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales, or a similar role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Highly proactive, self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable with on-ground work and field visits
- Organized with strong tracking and reporting abilities
- Existing network in lifestyle, F&B, or fitness industries is a plus
- Passion for building brands and creating market buzz
