Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, IVF centers, healthcare providers, and wellness professionals
- Engage with corporate organizations and HR teams to introduce YogBirth's wellness programs
- Develop strategic partnerships with maternity, baby care, wellness, and family focused brands
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and relationship building
- Schedule and conduct meetings with healthcare professionals, corporate stakeholders, and prospective partners
- Present YogBirth's services, programs, and partnership opportunities
- Coordinate prenatal yoga sessions, fertility awareness programs, wellness workshops, and community engagement initiatives
- Represent YogBirth at networking events, exhibitions, health fairs, and corporate engagements
Requirements
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Strong networking and business development capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple partnerships and events simultaneously
- Self motivated with strong organizational and follow up skills
- UAE Driving License required
- Proficiency in Arabic is beneficial
- Must be legally authorized to work in the UAE

Partnership Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, IVF centers, healthcare providers, and wellness professionals.
- Engage with corporate organizations and HR teams to introduce YogBirth's wellness programs, maternity support initiatives, and employee wellness workshops.
- Develop strategic partnerships with maternity, baby care, wellness, and family focused brands.
- Identify and pursue collaboration opportunities across healthcare, wellness, and corporate sectors.
Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and relationship building.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with healthcare professionals, corporate stakeholders, and prospective partners.
- Present YogBirth's services, programs, and partnership opportunities.
- Maintain regular follow ups to nurture relationships and encourage long term collaborations and referrals.
Events & Community Engagement
- Coordinate prenatal yoga sessions, fertility awareness programs, wellness workshops, and community engagement initiatives.
- Support hospital activations, corporate wellness events, and collaborative partner programs.
- Manage event planning, registrations, logistics, and partner coordination.
Brand Representation & Marketing Support
- Represent YogBirth at networking events, exhibitions, health fairs, and corporate engagements.
- Assist with event based social media content and brand visibility initiatives.
- Coordinate opportunities for doctor interviews, testimonials, educational sessions, and collaborative content.

Qualifications

Compensation & Requirements
- Fixed Salary: AED 4,000 per month
- Attractive performance based incentives linked to partnerships, referrals, and business growth
- Location: Dubai / Sharjah, UAE
- UAE Driving License required for business travel and partner meetings.
- Proficiency in Arabic is beneficial due to the local client base but is not mandatory.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the UAE.
