Responsibilities
- Represent the company at partner meetings, client visits, conferences, and networking events across the UAE
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, and key stakeholders
- Coordinate meetings, capture action items, and ensure effective communication between local partners and the global team
- Support partnership development through vendor sourcing, sponsorship coordination, influencer outreach, and market research
- Manage partnership documentation, CRM records, calendars, travel arrangements, and other operational activities
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Account Management, Executive Assistant, or a similar client facing role
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote first environment
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools
- Based in the UAE (or willing to relocate); a valid UAE driving licence is preferred
- Arabic language skills are a plus

Role Overview
- We're looking for a proactive and relationship oriented Partnerships Specialist to join our growing global team.
- As our on the ground representative in the UAE, you'll play a key role in building and maintaining partner relationships, representing the company at meetings and industry events, and supporting business development initiatives while working closely with a remote Partnerships team.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the company at partner meetings, client visits, conferences, and networking events across the UAE.
