Partnerships Manager

STAN is looking for a Partnerships Manager to build STAN AI's network of third-party partners — industry associations, complementary vendors, and tech platforms already trusted by property management companies — as our channel into that market.

Rather than cold-prospecting property managers directly, you'll identify who already has credibility and relationships with them, and turn that into a pipeline of warm introductions, co-marketing, and referral partnerships for STAN AI.

This position is based in North York and is currently hybrid in-office.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment and enjoys building teams in person.

• Identify third parties with existing trust and relationships in the property management/HOA space — industry associations (e.g. CAI chapters), complementary software vendors, accounting/legal service providers, insurance brokers, and consultants who serve property managers
• Build and manage a pipeline of third-party partnership opportunities from first outreach through signed agreement
• Structure partnerships (referral, co-marketing, integration, association sponsorship) that give STAN AI credibility and warm access to property management companies
• Own relationships with signed partners — onboarding, enablement, and ongoing account management
• Convert partner relationships into introductions and warm leads for the Sales team
