About the Role
The Partnerships Manager will manage and grow loyalty-program partnerships in the KSA market.
The role combines field operations, partner acquisition, revenue growth, contract negotiation, campaigns, training, and financial relationship management.
Partnership Operations
- Manage field visits, mystery shopping, staff training, merchandise displays, dormant-outlet activation, and on-ground activation drives.
- Implement marketing activities and staff engagement programs.
- Launch new partners and manage client-acquisition onboarding and aftercare.
Growth and Partnerships
- Enhance revenue from existing partners and minimize churn.
- Identify potential partnerships through networking, search engines, online platforms, and referrals.
- Prepare proposals, evaluate partner business cases, and negotiate partnership contracts.
