Role Description

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with loyalty programs, brands, and key ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Identify and secure new partnership opportunities, negotiate and structure commercial agreements, and maintain strong relationships to drive mutual value and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate closely with product, sales, and operations teams to design and implement loyalty solutions, ensure seamless partner onboarding, and oversee delivery of partnership commitments.
  • Analyze partner performance, prepare business reviews, coordinate joint marketing and customer engagement initiatives, and manage projects from concept through execution.
  • Stay current on loyalty and payments trends to advise partners and inform Loyyal’s partnership strategy.

Qualifications

  • Strong domain expertise in Loyalty Programs and Customer Loyalty, with experience designing or managing loyalty initiatives.
  • Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, optimize program performance, and build clear business cases for partnerships.
  • Demonstrated Sales capabilities, including prospecting, relationship building, and closing partnership or commercial agreements.
  • Effective Project Management skills to coordinate cross functional teams, manage timelines, and deliver complex partner solutions.
  • Relevant experience in SaaS, fintech, payments, or customer engagement platforms is highly beneficial.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with senior decision makers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in loyalty or CRM are an advantage.
  • Ability to work on site in Dubai and collaborate with international partners across time zones.
