Role Overview
AG MENA is building a strategic referral network for global mobility, corporate structuring, and private client advisory in the UAE.
The Partnerships Manager will grow the referral partner network, generate qualified referrals, and develop a significant revenue channel.
AG MENA Advisory Areas
AG MENA advises entrepreneurs, investors, and HNWIs on Citizenship by Investment, Residency by Investment, UAE company formation, and corporate structuring.
Its advisory areas also include offshore companies, trust structures, asset protection, and international banking solutions.
What You Will Do
- Identify, recruit, and onboard referral partners across the UAE, including IFAs, wealth managers, CSPs, private bankers, brokers, accountants, consultants, family offices, and law firms.
- Build and manage long-term relationships with active referral partners.
- Process and activate applications from the global partner recruitment campaign.
- Conduct partner briefings, presentations, and training sessions.
- Negotiate and sign commercial referral partner agreements.
- Attend networking events, conferences, and business meetings across Dubai.
- Maintain a live CRM pipeline of partner activity.
