About the Role
NABTT is seeking a Partnerships and Content Specialist to source children's content and build relationships with studios, creators, and distributors. The role involves content evaluation, partnership development, and negotiation, requiring bilingual Arabic and English skills and 1-3 years of experience.

Responsibilities
- Identify and source high quality children's content aligned with NABTT's strategy
- Build relationships with animation studios, content creators, publishers, educational organizations, and distributors
- Evaluate content based on educational value, entertainment quality, audience fit, cultural relevance, and commercial potential
- Coordinate content submission, review, approval, onboarding, and publishing processes
- Maintain and organize the content acquisition pipeline
- Identify strategic partnership opportunities with content owners, educational institutions, ministries, NGOs, publishers, and family focused brands
- Prepare partnership proposals and presentations
- Negotiate commercial terms, licensing agreements, and content distribution deals
- Build long term relationships with key regional and international partners
- Represent NABTT at conferences, content markets, and industry events
- Communicate with potential partners, production and media houses for content, products, and services
- Prepare awareness presentations and conduct awareness sessions for partners and content creators
